cheesy rice recipe!

Ingredients:
4 cups cooked rice 1 cup Cheddar cheeseĀ 1 teaspoon salt 1 dash ground red pepper (more if desired)
Directions:
Combine rice, Cheddar cheese , salt, pepper, . Spoon into a buttered,1-quart baking dish. Top with some Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
